Sweet taste of Summer


Christmas and New Year #done. The family have gone home and we are left to enjoy the hammock in the garden and savour the sweet taste of summer.

Our mate Gloria and her husband Rob grow all the salad leaves, fresh herbs and snow pea shoots that we use in the kitchen. This summer we can’t get enough of the sweet and delicious snow-pea shoots which make a great addition to any salad or as a generous garnish.

On the menu from  Thursday 7th January until Monday 29th February we will be serving up…
