This week the Kale looked fantastic at the organic markets so we are serving it with some Italian Lemon Chicken – the lemons are from the garden; the salad is lightly dressed with a citrus vinaigrette and some roasted root veggies.
Also on the menu we’ve got some beautiful slow-roasted beef with caramelised beetroot and silky smooth mashed potato.
The special dessert is a Cherry Trifle made with our host’s Pirate’s Treasure Liquer Shiraz and the siganture coconut custard.
As many of you know, we only opened last week. Miranda’s Steak and Porcini Mushroom Pie is by far the most popular dish so far along with a glass or bottle of Krinklewood’s Organic Wild Red.
The NKK team; Matty, Jimmy, Chanelle, Declan and Tess nailed it with our first week of service serving over 230 guests.
