We are serving some Kaizen from Friday 10th of November at Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen.
No that doesn’t mean we have turned ourselves into a Japanese restaurant; it means we’ve been listening to our customers and have been working on some good change or Kaizen in Japanese.
Kaizen is a long-term approach to life that systematically seeks to achieve small, incremental changes in processes in order to improve efficiency and quality.
Here’s what’s happening from Friday 10th November…
- All Day Brunch menu available from 9am to 3pm
- Nan’s Fancy Lunch from 12pm to 3pm – 2 or 3 Course
- All Day High Teas & Desserts
- Improved new wine list with even more affordable options by the glass and bottle
- New Cocktails & Mocktails menu available everyday from 10am matched with something matched to every brunch creation
- We sourced a fabulous new organic coffee supplier and reduced the price of every cup $1
Our private dining experience goes from strength to strength; between 12-50 guests get exclusive use of Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen any night of the week and our team will design a menu especially for you.
Nan’s is now also a no smoking site for customers and staff.
Our edible flower and herb garden continues to expand and before summer really gets here we will have more beds established to ensure we are putting the freshest, prettiest and safest garnishes on your plates.
Over the next few weeks we will be upgrading our bathroom facilities at the site too.
In other news we’ve just purchased PartyPax and are busily converting all the products to be organic and will be releasing gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan options too. We want everyone to be able to recreate a bit of our version of hospitality at home. By January 2018 everything in every PartyPax box will be environmentally conscious too.
Kerr’s Organic which we have had quietly sitting in the background is growing as well and just in time for Christmas we will be launching our first retail range of jams, chutneys and relishes available on line and from speciality and health food stores across Australia.
