This weekend we are cooking up a storm with a distinct Italian theme… Jimmy is back in the kitchen!

The pie for the weekend is a slow cooked lamb from the Upper Hunter flavoured with preserved Budda’s Fingers & a rich cumin and tomato sauce.

Mumma Kerr – Therese will be here this weekend and is setting up shop at Sobel’s Markets on Saturday with our jams & chutneys so be sure to check it out before you come in for lunch!
