Baringbah’s classic from 2016 made with the fruit grown onsite at Nanna Kerr’s, Ballabourneen’s Majors Lane from Lovedale from 2011 and Domaine de Binet’s Crazy Coq which is a blend of aged and newer Semillon perfect with battered fish.
