This weekend Nan’s Pie is a classic winter warmer Steak, Shiraz & Porcini Mushroom served with steamed Broccoli and Chilli Jam.

Our Vegan Harvest Steak is with Purple Carrot Puree, Confit Beetroot, Roast Turnips and Snow Pea Tendrils.

We’ve been experimenting with more vegan cheese recipes and have come up with a batch made using Macquariedale’s White Port style wine Solero – super yummy!
