On Thursday 23rd June Matty Kerr & Jimmy Wright will be sleeping out in Newcastle to raise funds and awareness for Australia’s Homeless Community.

Every night over 100,000 Australians experience homelessness.

1 in 5 of the people in need are turned away from shelter due to lack of resources.

Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen is committed to raising at least $5000 in 2016.

It’s quite simple we need your support…


OR…. Join us for dinner on Sunday 26th or Monday 27th June at Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen in Lovedale for a three-course meal; it’s $50pp and the food has all been donated by our gorgeous suppliers so every cent will go St Vincent’s CEO Sleepout fund.

Local’s Lunch for St Vincent’s CEO Sleepout

On Thursday 23rd June 2016 the Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen team will be serving a free lunch for up to 100 people from the Hunter Valley who are currently experiencing hardship; be it domestic unrest, homelessness or just temporarily having a tough time.

Come along and enjoy a few hours of great food, great company and great views.

rover coachesRover Coaches have kindly agreed to provide transport and Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen suppliers are providing the food.

Lunch will be served from Midday.

Rover Coaches are available as follows;

Bus 1

  • 11.00 Maitland Railway Station
  • 11.20 Branxton Miller Park
  • 11.40 Arrive at Nanna Kerr’s Kitchen
  • departs 13.45 for return trip.

Bus 2

  • 11.25 Abermain, Bus Zone opp. Chemist
  • 11.30 Neath, Bus Zone Service Station

  • departs 13.45 for return trip.
