Blackberry Jam

Quinoa, Cacao & Blackberry Porridge

Serves 2

1 cup Quinoa

1.5 cups Boiling Water

1.5 cups Coconut Milk

2 teaspoons Cacao

3 teaspoons Kerr’s Organic Blackberry Jam

Add quinoa to liquids in a sauce pan and stir in cacao.

Simmer for 20-30 minutes adding a little more coconut milk if it’s not wet enough.

Just before serving stir in the Blackberry Jam
