made with organic barley, beets and local feta these have a nuttier taste that traditional Arancini – served with lime aioli

Zucchini & Corn  Fritters $15 for 4 (Vegan & GF)

we are so proud of our gluten-free fritter, it’s spiced with a little nutmeg and finished with our extra special ‘not’ sour cream made with cashews and apple cider vinegar

coated with crunchy quinoa and flavoured with white pepper, turmeric and capers and served with crunchy coleslaw, aioli and citrus wedges

we got told off recently for not declaring that these have a bit of a zing; we use a little cayenne pepper and confit garlic alongside the fennel seeds all wrapped up in golden puff pastry and served with spiced apple chutney

finished with garlic oil, sour cream and enormous sourdough croutons

slow roasted in coconut oil this Chicken falls off the bone and is packed with flavour, served with roast vegetable puree and snow pea shoots

we use a mix of barley and arborio rice for extra texture and  plenty of Udder Farm cream and local cheese for extra creaminess – add caramelised chorizo for $4
